Services

Assessments

Thank you for your interest in our services. As a private occupational therapy company, our goal is to provide high quality services that are beneficial to the child/client and their family, and collaborate with other professionals. Payments are expected at the beginning of services and must be made with cash, check, or credit card. We accept Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, Optum, and Medicaid. If you would like inquire about your insurance, please call or email.

SIPT Assessment

This includes:

Direct assessment

Clinical Observations

Record review/history

Telephone consultation with other team members to gain information about the child (as requested)

School observation (if necessary)

One hour meeting with parents to discuss findings and recommendation of the assessment


The Sensory Integration and Praxis Test (SIPT) requires extensive training and additional time to administer and score; therefore, this results in a longer evaluation process.

Occupational Therapy Assessement

This includes:

Direct assessment

Functional observations

Record review/history

Telephone consultation with other team members to gain information about the child (as requested)

School observation (if necessary)

One hour meeting with parents to discuss findings/recommendation of the assessment


A Comprehensive Evaluation typically runs 1-2 hours. 

Feeding Assessment

This includes:

Direct assessment

Functional observations

Record review/history

Telephone consultation with team members (family members, daycare providers, etc.)

One hour meeting with parents to discuss findings/recommendations of the assessment

Infant Developmental Screening

For children 12 months or younger.  This 20-30 minute developmental screening includes a checklist of findings and recommendations.



Consultation

This is a very specific, limited consultation, without report (not appropriate for obtaining insurance coverage for ongoing treatment). Findings and recommendations will be given verbally. 


Consultation services also include IEE evaluations and assistance with IEPs.


Intervention/Treatment

Direct contact with child/family.  Treatments are billed in 50 minute increments, with time at the end to debrief with parents.
